We do not claim or guarantee that any papers will be published by any specific publisher or indexed. Publishers or organizations can decline to publish the conference paper that do not meet their quality standards.

We do not claim or guarantee that any papers will be indexed in any database. Indexing services evaluate conference papers and independently determine what they will index.

Payment of fees in Brazilian Real must accompany all registrations. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received.

Registration must be paid & confirmed before deadline.

If you cancel your conference booking, or do not attend the conference, the conference fee will not be refunded. All Rights reserved to conference secretariat.

Filming and photography may take place at Conference. You consent to your image and likeness being used in marketing and films without any payment to you.

By attending Conference you hereby the absolute right and permission to use your photograph or video image in promotional materials and publicity. In addition, you hereby consent to waive any and all future claims, causes of actions and/or demands against Conference organizers.

The conference will be organized in physical mode during 28th & 30rd November 2022 at UFABC campus in Santo André, Brazil subject to Sao Paulo State Public Health authorities’ guidelines near to the dates. In the case of physical meetings, Covid passport will be mandatory to all participants.

As we are passing through unprecedented times, and the world is going through several waves of COVID19, we as organizers understand it well and are constantly monitoring the updates in Brazil and from the World Health Organization. Also taking into consideration Public Health ‘s guidelines we are going to try our best to make this conference beneficial for all authors.
